Edo Liberty, Angel Investor

Edo Liberty is founder and CEO of Pinecone, a leading vector database company launched in 2019, and currently serves as its chief scientist. He has also taught at Princeton University as a visiting lecturer, focusing on vector search and long-term memory in AI. Previously, Liberty was director of research and head of Amazon AI Labs, where he also helped build Amazon SageMaker, and earlier served as senior research director at Yahoo. His career spans machine learning, scalable systems, and applied AI research, with a focus on building infrastructure for high-performance vector search and database technology. As an angel investor, Liberty has supported Emergent, a Series A-stage company, backing its efforts to advance innovation in AI-driven systems.
