Eddleman Venture Capital provides venture capital (VC) and private equity (PE) investment to individuals through the Eddleman IMPACT Fund, the Eddleman Real Estate Fund, and advising clients on other offerings. VC and PE offerings give our clients and partners a way to invest in markets that are not publicly traded. Such investments typically carry more risk, but often offer opportunities for better returns and may also be less correlated with the public markets, thus offering investors unique diversification opportunities. We continually research and evaluate the factors that are the basis for our portfolio designs Nobel Prize Winning finance and economics such as Modern Portfolio Theory, the Markowitz Efficient Frontier, and the Three Factor Model. We don’t work to beat the market, but rather to achieve the maximized market return versus risk. We only implement statistically sound and valid methods for results.
