DWP Capital is an early-stage growth equity firm that invests in vertical software and tech-enabled services. We typically invest in late seed to Series A deals with initial check sizes of $1-$3M. We will lead rounds and/or be part of a syndicate. Venture capitalists budget failure into their business model. Unlike their capital partners, founders do not get the benefits of having portfolio diversification. We believe founders should have career options, own most of their equity, and not jeopardize their life’s work based on a VC’s time horizon.
