Dudley Fund

Dudley Fund is a Burlington, Vermont-based equity fund that provides financial and human capital to help founders scale their business and impact in Vermont. Investments include BETA Technologies, Greensea IQ, CoreMap, ZymoChem, Quorum, AutoPylot, Biocogniv, Lost Lantern, and Caledonia Spirits. It looks for Vermont-based scalable ventures structured as C corporations, with an economic impact pro forma, a capital plan, and an exit strategy that returns capital within 10 years.
