Duco Capital is a private equity firm that invests in lower middle-market manufacturing companies in the Upper Midwest. We were founded in 2021 by Ryan Gilbert, Caleb Schmidt, and Paul Meyering, who have over 50 years of combined experience in private equity, investment banking, and manufacturing.
