dSA Capital invests across asset classes including private equity (and venture), and commercial real estate via dSA Realty Capital. We invest both directly and through managers. dSA’s real estate investments consist of office buildings, community shopping centers, and self-storage facilities. Crescite Ventures -- is the venture arm of dSA Capital. We have a multi-strategy approach covering both direct investments and LP positions. We invest from an early stage (pre-seed & seed) through pre-IPO.
