DOM Capital Group is a Chicago-based private investment group and single-family office, founded in 2007, providing growth capital to emerging branded food and consumer businesses. Its roots trace to the DiMatteo family’s Dominick’s supermarket legacy. It focuses on restaurants, food and grocery, food technology, and hospitality, through private equity and real estate. It invests directly and co-invests alongside other family offices and like-minded investors, including DNS Capital and LDR Ventures. Investments include Everytable, Farmer’s Fridge, Junzi Kitchen, Fooda, Luna Bay and Solo Foods.
