Dixon Diebold is a real estate investor/developer and angel investor. He runs ReUrban LLC, a private equity buyer of commercial and residential real estate. Typical projects are "value add" commercial real estate ($20mm and under) retail, office, industrial, and Multifamily. He is also the Owner and Managing Member of Diebold Land Company, LLC, a commercial and residential development and property management company focusing on multifamily, retail, and single-family development and redevelopment. He is also an angel investor in a handful of seed and early-stage start-ups based in MN and CA.
