Dirk Wood is the Chief Executive Officer of Parallaxis, where he leads data science engagements, including maturity evaluations, strategy roadmaps, and cloud-based analytics implementations. Previously, Dirk was President of Contino, acquired by Cognizant, where he drove North American sales growth from $7M to over $250M in three years. He also served as Managing Director and Partner at Wipro Digital for five years, focusing on strategic planning, operations, and technology consulting. Wood is also an angel investor, supporting ventures in artificial intelligence and data-driven solutions. He invested in Actual AI, a seed-stage company developing tools for transparent and explainable AI, helping enterprises adopt machine learning responsibly while ensuring compliance and trust.
