Digital Alpha Advisors is a Henderson, Nevada-based alternative asset manager, founded in 2017, focused on digital infrastructure: the hardware, software, and services that form the backbone of the digital economy. It invests in growth opportunities in next-generation networks, cloud computing, the Internet of Things, and smart cities, and manages more than $2 billion. It holds a strategic collaboration agreement with Cisco Systems, giving it preferred access to Cisco’s pipeline of commercial opportunities that need equity financing. Its funds include Digital Alpha Fund II, which closed at over $1 billion, and Fund III, which is raising up to $1.5 billion, plus a Solutions Fund and an Opco Opportunities Fund. Investments include DTiQ, a video and data analytics business that later raised a $145 million growth investment from Bain Capital, Unitas Global’s connectivity business, and Energybox. Digital Alpha backs infrastructure enablers with strong growth profiles, supporting them over long holding periods alongside institutional partners.
