She is an Advisor at Because Intelligence, an intelligent Canva of E-commerce helping e-commerce stores keep high volumes of unique product content up-to-date without codes. She is also the Head of Operations at Customer Love Series, a firm that brings together people who are passionate about Customer and Employee Experience through in-person meetups, an annual conference, and content. Diana is also an angel investor and an active member of a New York-based VC and angel syndicate.
