Desiree Gruber is the Founder and CEO of Full Picture, a company specializing in launching brands and shaping cultural moments. She co-created and executive-produced Project Runway, which helped transform fashion television and supported the rise of more inclusive industry practices. She has also played a role in major partnerships, including the Jennifer Lopez–Grameen America initiative to invest $14 billion in Latina-owned businesses by 2030. Beyond her ventures, she advises startups and sits on boards such as The Beauty Health Company, Tech:NYC, God’s Love We Deliver, and UNICEF USA.
