David Stelzer is a seasoned executive with 20+ years of leadership across digital entertainment, esports, and gaming technology. He is currently Chief Strategy Officer at Appcharge, and previously served as President & CBO of Xsolla, where he drove triple‑digit growth, scaled global partnerships with AAA publishers, and positioned the company as a leader in game payments and monetization infrastructure. Earlier, David spent eight years at Epic Games, leading global business development and licensing for Unreal Engine, doubling revenue in 2016 and expanding adoption across industries from gaming to automotive and film. He also headed the Unreal Engine games business, overseeing KPIs, sales, licensing, and partner engagement. His career includes senior roles as Head of CAA’s Video Games Division, General Counsel at Sega, and Chair of the IGDA Board of Directors, where he championed DEI and fair labor practices. As an investor, David backed Brain Jar Games in its $6.7M seed round in 2024. He now seeks board seats and C‑level opportunities to amplify vision and impact across the gaming industry.
