David Randall, Angel Investor

Dave Randall is Chief Investment Operating Officer at the Oregon State Treasury, where he oversees middle and back-office operations for the state’s $150 billion investment program, spanning public and private markets. He previously served as Director of Investment Operations at the Treasury and spent over 14 years at Arnerich Massena, Inc. as Senior Managing Director of Operations. Randall is also co-founder of the Cole Parker Randall Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to raising awareness and funding research for Spinal Muscular Atrophy, and serves as Board Member Emeritus at Randall Children’s Hospital Foundation. As an angel investor, Randall has supported Nuela, a venture developing AI-powered tools for personalized nutrition and wellness.
