David Metter, Angel Investor

David Metter is an angel investor focused on automotive technology, software, and logistics. His investments include Dealerware, a fleet management and mobility software platform for automotive retailers; Carpool Logistics, a technology-enabled vehicle shipping and logistics company; and Impel, an AI-powered digital engagement platform for automotive retailers. His investment activity has included Private Equity and Venture rounds, as well as a Series A round where Carpool Logistics raised a total of $12 million and a Venture round where Impel raised $22 million. He has supported companies across automotive technology and vehicle logistics. David has served as Executive Director of Legacy Builders at 12Stone Church since 2021. He has also served as a Board Member at SKAIVISION since 2026.
