Dave Wichers, Angel Investor

Dave Wichers is the Managing Director at Ernst & Young, an Advisor, and an Angel Investor. Dave has been an Application Security consultant since 1989, focusing primarily on web application security since 1999. He's been helping organizations infuse security into their Software Development Lifecycle via DevSecOps. He is also an angel investor and security advisor to various software and IT security startups and security-focused venture funds. He is the co-author and project lead of the OWASP Top Ten Most Critical Web Application Security Vulnerabilities (https://owasp.org/www-project-top-ten/) from 2003 until 2017. Member of the OWASP Board from 2003-2013, and OWASP Conferences Chair from 2005-2008.
