Danny P. Burke, Angel Investor

Danny P. Burke is an Investor, a visionary entrepreneur, a bit of a dreamer, a capital advisor, a strategic problem solver, and a commercial finance expert. These traits have helped him think outside the box his whole life. Since August 2016, Dan has used his experience to help forge commercial arrangements and capital for startups, small businesses, and lower-middle market companies. In addition to traditional clients, Dan worked with community banks and credit unions on creating or restructuring their commercial lending activities to improve production and profitability. Dan also served as VP of Finance Strategy and Corporate Development for Rokitt Inc., a multi-national, multi-asset technology corporation. While at Rokitt I led several initiatives around restructuring, capital raise, and divestitures. I also worked at J.P. Morgan Chase in business and commercial banking responsible for building a profitable diverse product credit portfolio while mitigating concentration and risk. He has facilitated more than $500MM of acquisitions, divestitures, capital raises, debt placements, alliances, and partnerships, and realized shareholder value, and revenue for his clients since the start of his career all while never leaving the small business and lower middle market arena.
