Daniel Szekely, Angel Investor

Daniel started his career as a commercial lawyer specializing in transactional matters and startups. He is experienced in advising on capital raising, acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures, corporate reconstructions, financing transactions, corporate governance, disputes arising under the Corporations Act, and related taxation matters. Daniel joined Equity Venture Partners in 2016, a Sydney-based venture capital firm partnering with Australia's leading startups as well as remaining an active angel investor.
