Dan Shapiro is the CEO and Co-founder of Glowforge, the iconic 3D laser printer. Before founding Glowforge, Dan launched the bestselling board game in Kickstarter history, Robot Turtles, a game that teaches programming fundamentals to preschoolers. Before his detour as a boardgame designer, Dan served as CEO of Google Comparison, Inc., a Google subsidiary. Dan is also an angel investor in the seed, angel, and early series rounds. Some of the companies he invested in are Apptentive, Bonanza, Funders Club, Pathable, Photobucket, Popform, Smore, Vizify, and Zapd.
