As a general surgeon with experience in endoscopies and advanced laparoscopic and robotic procedures, Damien Benjamin has been able to help patients work through and recover from challenging illnesses and debilitating diseases. He became interested in the field due to his love of surgical procedures but subsequently began to love taking care of patients and follow them through their recovery process. Although he has invested in a variety of startups that span many different fields from SAAS to B2B/B2C, he feels a special synergy with companies that seek to improve the field of medicine.
