As a Customer Success Manager at Soraban, I help accounting firms streamline their workflows by leveraging AI-powered tools that enhance efficiency and accuracy. I work closely with firms to understand their unique processes, provide guidance on implementing Soraban effectively, and build meaningful relationships that drive long-term success. In addition to my work in tech, I’m also the co-owner of Johnson and Scott, a unisex designer brand. What began as a high school project has grown into a company rooted in self-expression, community, and collaboration. We partner with local artists, charities, and businesses to produce high-quality pieces that tell authentic stories and are made to last. When I’m not diving into AI or fashion, I’m dabbling in the cattle industry—I currently have a cow named Dolly. I’m also an angel investor, always looking for innovative opportunities to support entrepreneurs and promising startups. At the core of everything I do is a desire to connect with people—whether that’s helping a firm navigate new technology, working with creatives to bring a vision to life, or exploring new ventures.
