The Culture Amp Foundation’s mission is to make a better world of work more attainable as a part of achieving our mission. Everyone deserves access to decent work, the opportunity to work within organizations with dynamic cultures, and live in a world that is sustainable and equitable. Whether you’re a non-profit seeking support to further your mission, working towards achieving racial justice, or an organization curious about the relationship between social impact and employee experience, the Culture Amp Foundation is here to be of service. We want to ensure that other organizations working to build a more anti-racist world can afford and access Culture Amp’s tools, especially those that wouldn’t otherwise be able to. That’s why we’ve created a non-profit grant program for organizations that primarily support Black and Indigenous people, or are focused on issues that disproportionately affect these communities.
