Crestridge Capital is a private equity real estate firm with a focus on mixed-use and multifamily properties in the Greater Seattle region. Our deal flow consists of value added and opportunistic investments in areas with strong market demand at a discount to replacement cost. Our mission is to be the leading provider of capital solutions across all levels of the capital stack to lower middle market sponsors. While each deal is evaluated on a case by case basis, our primary focus is on lower middle market opportunities, which are generally overlooked by institutions and outside of the normal range of individual investors.
