Investment Criteria ▪ Early Stage Investment (< $1M Revenue) in new solutions for existing markets ▪ Later Stage Investments ($10-100M Revenue) for companies in transition (M&A, Divestment, Ownership Change) ▪ Industries where our partners have operating or functional expertise ▪ Prefer Serving Business Customers (B2B vs B2C) ▪ Compelling Leader - deep segment knowledge or relatable industry experience ▪ Values Alignment ▪ Colorado-based or a direct flight from Denver ▪ Material, not necessarily Majority, Ownership (e.g.,>25%)
