Cottonwood's investment criteria are as follows: ▪ Sector focus: B2B High-Tech/ Hard Science (e.g. Photonics, Quantum, Micro- and Nanoelectronics, Advanced Materials, Sensortech and Nanotech, Medical Technology, Energy Transition, Advanced Manufacturing, Robotics & Spacetech) ▪ Regional focus: Netherlands, Germany (secondary: Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Sweden, Switzerland), and Southwest USA (AZ, CO, NM, OK, UT, TX) ▪ Stage: Pre-Seed, Seed & Early Stage ▪ Ticket Size: min. €500.000 and max. €3 million in the first round ▪ Other Requirements: IP/ patent-based technology ▪ Locations: Denver | Santa Fe | Amsterdam | Enschede
