Investment Criteria for Private Companies
▪ Family-owned U.S.-based lower-middle market businesses. $500,000-$5 million of EBITDA.
▪ Sectors: manufacturing and distribution; consumer goods targeting Asian and Hispanic demographics; IT and software services; infrastructure.
