Cormorant can also assist existing owners seeking new partners for specific operational or development expertise in redevelopment scenarios, as well as investing in real estate companies directly. On a select basis, Cormorant provides up to $1,000,000 co-investment capital, with a preference for value-add and opportunistic transaction strategies. All parts of the capital stack, including general partner equity, preferred equity, mezzanine, and pari-passu joint venture equity positions, are considered. All product types and geographies within the United States are investable.
