Drawing on 37 years of entrepreneurial experience and 18 years of impact investing expertise, we are addressing systemic bias in venture capital by investing in diverse entrepreneurs. Our mission is to generate exceptional returns for investors and to foster broad prosperity for diverse entrepreneurs and emerging communities. We are accomplishing this through economic inclusion and an investment thesis based on the ideals of stakeholder capitalism.
