We are Connecticut's venture capital arm and the leading source of financing and ongoing support for innovative, growing companies. By offering equity investments, strategic guidance, and introductions to valuable partners, we help promising businesses to thrive. In addition to providing equity for our companies looking to grow and scale, we also support our portfolio with their talent acquisition needs, which includes the recruitment of key hires. These hires include full-time hires, executives in residence, and accessing an intern talent pool from Connecticut’s colleges and universities. We have nearly 250 companies in our portfolio across a number of sectors, including biotech, IT, climate tech, and consumer package goods.
