Computime Equity Ventures is the investing arm of CEV Consulting, based in St. Louis, Missouri. It targets B2B startups in the Midwest that have moved past the concept stage, show significant customer acquisition potential, and aim for at least $1 million in profit. Capital needs range from $0 to $5 million, mainly for sales, marketing, and operational development. Deals are structured to fit each opportunity, using common equity, stock options and warrants, convertible and subordinated debt, promissory notes, revolving credit facilities, and royalties on sales generated by its marketing efforts.
