Colleen Sullivan, Angel Investor

Colleen Sullivan is the Co-Head of Venture at Brevan Howard Digital, where she leads investments in blockchain and digital asset innovation. She previously co-founded and served as CEO of CMT Digital, a division of the CMT Group focused on crypto asset trading, blockchain investments, and policy engagement. Earlier in her career, Colleen was Managing Member of Sullivan Wolf Kailus LLC, a boutique law firm advising hedge funds, private equity firms, broker-dealers, and trading technology clients on complex transactions and regulatory matters. She also co-founded Rodriguez-Ayala Sullivan LLC and began her career as a solo practitioner attorney. She is also an angel investor, with a portfolio that includes Mighty Bear Games, Evertas, and Syndicate, spanning seed to venture rounds in blockchain, gaming, and digital asset infrastructure.
