Clark Ventures is a privately held Atlanta-based firm specializing in the development, acquisition, and operation of upscale rental apartment communities. Clark Ventures seeks to acquire institutional caliber properties in supply-constrained markets and at prices below replacement costs. Taking advantage of its principals’ long history as developers, the company further looks to deploy value-add tactics in the form of extensive interior unit renovations, the enhancement or development of new common area amenities, and even the expansion of current properties with the addition of new rental units. We are long term property owners and, as such, we favor fixed-rate, low leverage financing structures. Similarly, we undertake capital improvements with the expectation that we will remain in ownership of each asset for many years to come. We are Atlanta residents and we live within a short drive of each of our communities.
