City of Westminster Small Business Grant

The Small Business Capital Projects Grant Program provides project-related, financial assistance on a reimbursement basis, to encourage the growth and retention of existing Westminster businesses. The program reimburses 10 percent of the costs of real property improvements or tangible property purchases up to $5,000 per business, per calendar year.
