City of Osakis Store Front Grant

Storefront improvements are the priority of this program; however, any visual exterior improvements that enhance the downtown may be considered. Signage improvement and maintenance schedules will also be considered. The Osakis EDA reserves the right to limit improvements to the storefront based on the availability of funds and the total visual impact of the proposed improvements. Applicants are limited to one per business every seven years. Osakis Businesses are encouraged to apply for a store front application to improve their business. The Osakis EDA offers a 50% grant up to $3,500 to improve your business front.
