Chris Carvalho, Angel Investor

Chris Carvalho is a digital media board member, advisor, and former C‑level executive with a career spanning iconic entertainment companies and high‑growth startups. He served as COO of Kabam, scaling the mobile gaming company from 25 employees to more than $360M in revenue and 700+ staff, before its nearly $1B acquisition in 2017. Earlier, Chris spent a decade at Lucasfilm, leading business development and running the company’s online division, including StarWars.com, which he transformed into a profitable business recognized by Time Magazine as one of the top fifty websites. He now serves on the boards of Roblox (RBLX) and MTG (MTGX), and has expanded into film production, co‑writing and co‑producing The Mother, the Menacer, and Me.
