Chloe Yoo, Angel Investor

Chloe Yoo is a finance and early-stage operations leader. She currently serves as the Director of ICON Plc., a biotechnology research firm with the mission to help our clients accelerate the development of drugs and devices that save lives and improve quality of life. She was a former Chief Financial Officer of HumanFirst, a global leader in drug development. HumanFirst was acquired by ICON in January 2024. She was a former Product Strategist at Forge Global and a former Investment Banking Associate at William Blair. Chloe is also an angel investor. Her portfolio includes Grove AI, an AI-accelerated Participant Relationship Management (PRM) for clinical research.
