Chloe Steinberg is an investor and growth strategist focused on early-stage consumer, consumer tech, and product-led software. With a deep background in the wellness industry, she has built a career at the intersection of brand, innovation, and venture, helping companies scale through strategic growth initiatives. As a seed investor, advisor, and venture partner, Chloe has backed and supported companies including Canva, Native Pet, Saturn, and Maple, while also advising early-stage VC funds with an emphasis on better-for-you CPG and consumer tech. She works closely with founders on growth strategy, innovation, and fundraising, bringing both capital and operational expertise to the table. Previously, Chloe co-founded and led Equinox Ventures, the venture capital arm of Equinox Group, where she invested in and incubated companies shaping the future of high-performance living across wellness, beauty, healthcare, real estate, and technology. Earlier in her career, she helped launch Vayner Capital, an early-stage VC fund focused on high-momentum software.
