Chicago Capital Partners (CCP) is a Chicago-based private equity firm in the lower-middle market. We are looking to develop long-term business partnerships. We seek to make controlling equity investments in profitable, well-managed businesses. Our unique structure and investor group allow us to have a “go-anywhere” approach when evaluating potential investments and afford us flexibility in investment time horizon, investment and return requirements, and type of investment. This enables us to make investments through a variety of customized structures in lower middle market companies looking for a long-term equity partner. We are seeking investment with: • Companies with $2-10M EBITDA. • Seller or management team wanting to maintain an equity interest. • Companies headquartered in the U.S. • Companies with strong financial and competitive positions. • Industries of interest: consumer products, business services, FoodBev, manufacturing, and distributors.
