Cherubic Ventures is a seed-stage venture capital firm investing in pre-product market fit companies globally. Cherubic currently manages $400M AUM with team members across San Francisco, Taipei, Waterloo, and Tokyo. Cherubic has seeded more than 10 companies valued at over $1B, including Hims & Hers(IPO), Paidy(acq by Paypal), 91APP(IPO), Ring(acq by Amazon), StarLark(acq by Zynga), Flexport, Calm, Bellabeat, Astranis, Trialspark, and Photomath. We invest in promising early-stage startups based in Greater China and the US. We are sector-agnostic and will look at any company enabled by technology. Our first check size usually ranges from $0.5M to $1M USD. We lead and happily co-invest alongside others. Team is the most important element when we make investment decisions.
