Chemical Angels is a network of accredited investors. We invest our own capital into Chemistry enabled companies. We serve the investor and the entrepreneur by presenting quality investment opportunities to qualified investors. Our mission is to provide financial capital and experienced mentorship to early stage chemical companies. The Chemical Angel Network uses an efficient process to source, triage, evaluate and syndicate investment opportunities. The process is based on a monthly cycle with all activities occurring virtually. Many of our members have a strong technical background. Our sector focus includes companies that have a chemical sciences aspect to their value proposition. The company should be at the seed or early series A stage and looking to fill rounds with valuations under 15M. The location of the companies should align with our member base which is primarily US and Canada. Our ideal investment will allow the Chemical Angels to deploy both our monetary and intellectual capital.
