Charles Johnson, Angel Investor

Charles Johnson is a successful entrepreneur, angel investor, and writer. He is presently CEO of Traitwell, a genomics company dedicated to building a biobank for the world. Johnson was a quiet cofounder of key law enforcement technology companies. The total value of his portfolio companies exceeds $15B+ and includes satellites, genetics, facial recognition, financial tracking software, solar-powered cars, submarines, IVF, and Turkish restaurant technology. Johnson is well traveled — 65 countries, 47 states — and he has briefed multiple federal agencies and was educated at Milton Academy and Claremont McKenna College. He speaks French fluently and he is quoted often in the American media (often against his best judgment). He’s been the subject of several books by Bloomberg and New York Times reporters and not a few documentaries. He lives (mostly) in Northern Virginia and has advised both the Trump and Biden Administrations. He is the author of more than a dozen executive orders.
