With over 20 years of experience in residential real estate, I’ve seen the industry from just about every angle—and I still love the challenge of finding the right opportunities and bringing properties to life. I’m a long-time investor who values smart strategy, solid relationships, and staying hands-on in every deal. Outside of real estate, I’m also the owner of Chad Swinford Photography, where I specialize in event and headshot photography throughout the Indianapolis area. I also work closely with a number of ministries—both locally and internationally—to capture the essence and spirit of their work through photo and video. It’s a part of what I do that keeps me grounded and inspired. Whether I’m behind the camera or walking a property, I care about getting the details right and creating something that lasts.
