CerraCap Impact Venture Capital is a corporate venture capital platform formed in December 2025 through the merger of CerraCap Ventures, founded in 2015, and Impact Venture Capital, with offices in Costa Mesa, El Dorado Hills, and Dallas. Through its Corporate Intelligence and Sale & Scale offerings, it connects founders with enterprise customers, investors, and acquirers that accelerate commercialization, drawing on a network of 1,000+ corporates and more than $800 million in co-investments. It invests at seed to Series A in AI and advanced technology, healthtech, cyber and national security, and fintech. Investments include MazeBolt, 1Panel AI, Nephronomics, Enginius.ai, Deep Instinct, Dathena, and Entropica Labs.
