Cequel III is a private investment firm based in St. Louis, Missouri, founded in 2002. Through its Family Office, it partners with management teams of lower-mid-market, growth-oriented companies, drawing on a long history as an investor-operator, with more than $40 billion in successful transactions. Its approach is thematic, centered on mission-critical, non-discretionary services. Target sectors include infrastructure services, such as utility, roadway, and telecom services; business services, such as outsourcing, compliance, and IT managed services; and industrial services, such as equipment rental, roofing, and property restoration.
