Cedric Fletcher is a successful senior leader and technical lead with 20 years of experience and 10+ years of expertise in program leadership, cybersecurity, and cross-functional team leadership with a diverse range in developing complex solutions technologies. He is a driver of results and increased organizational productivity with proven success directing and integrating advanced technology programs and is passionate about creating brand equity and secure solutions through the use of comprehensive strategies that drive growth domestically and internationally, while simultaneously minimizing financial risk. He is a Senior Director at Vertex Pharmaceuticals responsible for the development and oversight of the Cyber Threat Operations to ensure personnel are managed and operational efficiencies are maintained. He is also a Member of the Board of Directors at Mentforlife collectively changing students’ lives by, making first-generation college student success a number one priority for all. Cedric is also an angel investor and has been a member of Black Angels Miami since early 2022.
