About CEAS Investments

CEAS Investments is an investment vehicle within a single-family office, founded in 2013 by Leslie L. Alexander, former owner of the Houston Rockets, based in Delray Beach, Florida. Chief Investment Officer Mike Wohl leads the fund with complete flexibility on stage and check size, backed by the capital and risk appetite of a top venture firm. Its primary focus is enterprise software, spanning B2B SaaS, data infrastructure, cloud, AI, logistics, defense, supply chain, and robotics. CEAS writes first checks into early-stage companies and maintains unlimited follow-on potential, having funded several portfolio companies through every subsequent round from pre-seed to growth stage. Notable portfolio companies include Fivetran (which surpassed $300M ARR), FourKites (reaching unicorn status), Marqii, Hello Divorce, Prescient AI, and SqlDBM, with portfolio companies collectively raising over $1 billion in follow-on capital from leading funds. The firm also runs Honors Fund, a $25 million sub-fund writing 100 checks of $250,000 to current students or recent graduates pursuing their companies full-time. CEAS's investment approach emphasizes patient, long-term ownership that maximizes total return over liquidity events or traditional LP/GP constraints, operating as an internal allocation arm free from external fundraising cycles, allowing the firm to be a low-friction, founder-aligned partner from a company's earliest days.
