We don’t require control and can invest in both equity and debt. We also have no structural deadlines to meet, which enables us to be patient investors and focus on long-term growth. This strategy has enabled our management partners to achieve leadership in their markets and generate exceptional growth and return. We only invest in companies making $25MM.
