Founded in 2006, Castle Island Partners is an investment firm that acquires controlling stakes in closely held middle-market industrial and consumer businesses. Our goal is to help these companies get to the next level by leveraging deep operating resources, strategy, and analytical expertise, and long investment time horizons. Our Partners have run industrial or consumer companies ranging from $10 million to $1 billion in revenue. As a result, our recommendations and advice as investors are grounded in an understanding of the real-world challenges that face leaders of growing middle-market companies. We are private investors who are investing our families' capital over extended periods of time, targeting 10+ years. We are not a private equity firm with a traditional fund structure, so we do not have cookie-cutter investment time horizons driven by internal fund dynamics.
