Carl M. Stamp is a Board Member, Advisor, Investor, and Consultant, serving public and private companies in the medical device and MedTech industries. With extensive executive-level commercial and operating leadership experience, he provides multi-disciplinary insights in: ~ M&A targeting, strategy, and due diligence ~ Product portfolio strategy and alignment ~ Domestic and international market and growth initiatives ~ Executive leadership assessments ~ Customer development Prior to creating his consulting company, Carl previously served as the Senior Vice President of Smiths Medical and held numerous executive management roles with Medtronic. He maintains a strong commitment to the Medical Device industry, serving as an advisor and mentor to entrepreneurs through his memberships with the Minneapolis-based angel investing group as well as the University of Minnesota's Office of Technology Commercialization. Carl also serves as a board member for SonoStik and EXB Solutions, Access Airways, as well as the Bakken Museum, and actively advises multiple early-stage Med-tech companies.
