Caren Maio, Angel Investor

Caren Maio is the Co-Founder and CEO of Get 100, a company she launched in 2024 to drive innovation in customer engagement. She is also a long-time mentor with MetaProp NYC, supporting entrepreneurs in real estate technology, and has held leadership and advisory roles across multiple growth-stage companies. Previously, Caren served as President and Chief Strategy Officer at Moved, where she guided expansion and partnerships, and was Entrepreneur in Residence at Camber Creek. She also co-founded and led Funnel Leasing for over a decade, building a platform that transformed leasing operations in the multifamily housing industry. As an angel investor, Maio has supported early-stage ventures in proptech and digital solutions. Her recent investments include Revyse (education technology) and Synco (real estate collaboration tools), reflecting her focus on startups that improve efficiency and connectivity in emerging industries.
